Natural leather or woolfelt products have their own distinct scent, which is not considered a manufacturing defect.We do not accept returns or refunds solely due to dislike of the natural leather or woolfelt smell.
Slight differences in color, size and detail are normal features of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects. Please carefully check photos, descriptions and live stream displays before placing orders.
Exceptions only apply if:
- Items arrive damaged/broken during transit
- We shipped incorrect products
